Store Policy


All items purchased from the site are pick-up only. Our physical location is now 650 Young Street, Ennismore, Ontario, K0L 1T0 (next to Jesse’s Tap and Grill). 

Currently we do not provide shipping through our website. If you require shipping please contact us and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. Shipping costs are determined by our shipping providers. We will also include any handling (packaging, etc) fees in the quote.

If you require large quantities of (single style/design) items ">please reach out to us directly as we may offer quantity discounts!  


Personalized Items and Image Uploads


Spelling, Grammar, Colour and Turnaround

Shaun Milne Signs and Kawartha Embroidery do NOT accept any responsibilities on spelling, grammar or incorrect pictures/logos on any APPROVED artwork for print or embroidery. Artwork or custom text is approved by confirming your order. Be sure to inspect all artwork or custom text thoroughly.

Please also be advised that colours may vary from monitor to monitor and to the final printed/embroidered product. Turnaround time from purchase to completion is approximately 7-10 business days (depending on the scope of the project and time of the year – hockey season, Christmas, etc.).


Image Licensing

By providing us imagery for custom items you claim that you are the owner or have license to the imagery. We retain the right to deny or cancel an order if this is determined to not be true.


Return Policy

This shop does not currently accept returns or do exchanges on PERSONALIZED ITEMS. We do allow instore EXCHANGES for non-personalized products. 

If the item you received is damaged in any way, if you received the wrong item, or if there’s an item missing in your order, please contact us ">via email or call us so we can get the issues sorted out straight away. We’re happy to correct any errors to make sure you get your order as intended (within reasonable means).

What is a personalized item? 

Any item that has custom settings selected. This includes a name embroidered on a sleeve or name or number heat transferred onto the back or arm of apparel. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE APPAREL WITH BASIC LOGO SELECTION (team logos) UNLESS the logo is custom or was a requested DST.

To be eligible for an exchange, your (non-personalized) item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
