Question: How do I get an order started?
Answer: Just call us! 705.652.6565 or email us using the contact page. We will return your call or contact you within one business day. We will come to your location or you are always welcome to come to our location to discuss your embroidery or print needs.

Question: How long will it take to get my order?
Answer: Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days after final approval of your embroidered or print sample and after final approval of any apparel or accessories being ordered. Kawartha Embroidery is proud of our “always quality, always on time” promise to you the customer.

Question: Is all work done at Kawartha Embroidery?
Answer: Yes. All stitching and printing is done on the premises with great attention to detail.

Question: Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Answer: Any size order is welcome at Kawartha Embroidery for embroidery.  We do have a 12 piece minimum order for screen printing.

Question: Will you ship my order to me?
Answer: Yes. We will ship your order to you at your request using the most cost effective method. We will always provide tracking information for your shipment.
